The Wish — A new student named Anya transfers into Sunnydale High School and then befriends Cordelia, who is no longer popular after breaking up with Xander. Amends — Something demonic and evil is haunting and tormenting Angel at Christmastime, and the Scoobies put aside their misgivings to try to save him from killing himself. Meanwhile, Willow and Oz try to fix their broken relationship. (3ABB10 — Dec. 15, 1998)

Gingerbread — Amy, whose evil-witch mother caused a mess in the third episode of Season 1, becomes one herself. Buffy’s mother sees the bodies of two dead children and teams up with Willow’s mother to form a group of parents who decide to fight against anything occult and dark — including the Slayer. Helpless — It is Buffy’s eighteenth birthday, and the Watcher Council puts her through a grueling test that will shake her faith in those closest to her — especially her father and Giles — and possibly threaten her life and that of her mother. (3ABB12 — Jan. 19, 1999)

The Zeppo — After yet another risk to Xander’s life, the Scoobies decide that he contributes little to the fight against evil and that he should do less to protect himself. Bad Girls — Buffy and Faith begin patrolling more often and start to form a bond while the mayor undergoes a “dedication” ceremony that will place him one step closer to his ultimate goal. Meanwhile, Faith unwittingly makes a decision that will haunt her for the rest of her life. (3ABB14 — Feb. 09, 1999)

Consequences — Buffy and Faith argue over how to deal with the mistaken death of the deputy mayor, and Faith decides to bring Giles into the situation — with consequences that will affect all of the Scoobies as well as Faith herself. (3ABB15 — Feb. 16, 1999)

Doppelgangland — Willow is sick of her reputation as being a boring, “old reliable” person and casts a spell that does something interesting — it brings the evil-vampire Willow from the alternate dimension in a prior episode into the real world. Enemies — With Faith having joined the mayor in his evil plans, Buffy and her friends must decide how to respond once they begin learning of his intentions. The evil slayer adds to her body count, and the mayor hires a demon to cause Angel to lose his soul again. (3ABB17 — March 16, 1999)

Earshot — Buffy is infected by a demon she had just killed and becomes able to read everyone’s thoughts. While the results are amusing at first, they quickly become serious — especially when the slayer learns that someone is planning mass-murder at Sunnydale High School. (3ABB18 — Sept. 21, 1999)

Choices — Buffy is accepted into Northwestern University, and she and her mother begin to ponder the possibility of life apart from Sunnydale, the Hellmouth, and the fight against evil. Wesley, however, tells her that she cannot go — so Buffy launches an all-out assault against the mayor and his plans. (3ABB19 — May 04, 1999)

The Prom — Angel breaks up with Buffy just before the senior prom, and a disturbed student launches an evil plan to commit mass-murder at the dance. Buffy, despite her heartbreak, promises that everyone will have a good time — and stay alive. Near the end of the episode, there is a moving tribute that will surely bring tears to everyone’s eyes. Graduation Day (Part One) — The mayor begins the final part of his plan to become a pure demon, Faith poisons Angel with a bow-and-arrow, and the only cure is the blood of a slayer — but will it be Buffy or Faith that saves his life? (3ABB21 — May 18, 1999)

Graduation Day (Part Two) — Buffy and the Scoobies tell the entire high-school’s graduating class about what the mayor will do during the graduation ceremony and commencement speech, and for the first time, the teenagers of Sunnydale decide to take matters into their own hands. Wild at Heart — Another werewolf is attacking students at the University of Sunnydale, and when the Scoobies discover the person’s identity, it will change Willow and Oz’s relationship forever. (4ABB06 — Nov. 09, 1999)

Doublemeat Palace — To make some money, Buffy takes a job at a fast-food restaurant and thinks that something evil is occurring. A demon friend visits Anya and questions the quality of her relationship with Xander. (6ABB12 — January 29, 2002)

Dead Things — Warren, the leader of the Trio, kills his ex-girlfriend Katrina and frames Buffy for the death. Buffy hates herself for sleeping with Spike and takes out her emotions violently. (6ABB13 — February 05, 2002)

Never Leave Me — Spike becomes a prisoner in the Summers household while Andrew becomes the same. (7ABB09 — November 26, 2002)

Bring On the Night — Giles returns to Sunnydale with three potential Slayers, and everyone starts to research The First while Buffy fights the Ubervamp. (7ABB10 — December 17, 2002)

Showtime — Buffy has a public showdown with the Ubervamp in front of the Potentials — either they will be inspired that all is not lost, or Buffy will die. (7ABB11 — January 07, 2003)

Potential — Buffy starts to form a small army with all of the Potentials, and a spell done by Willow reveals that someone surprising is one of them as well. (7ABB12 — January 21, 2003)

Lies My Parents Told Me — When the Scoobies fail to nullify the First’s hold on Spike, Principal Wood and Giles team up to kill him. Meanwhile, Spike relives the day he became a vampire. (7ABB17 — March 25, 2003)

Dirty Girls — Faith comes to Sunnydale  from Los Angeles and finds a victim of the First’s agent Caleb. Buffy takes the Potentials on a full assault on his base at a local winery. (7ABB18 — April 15, 2003)

Empty Places — The Potentials, decimated and wounded, “fire” Buffy and decide that they would rather have Faith as their leader. (7ABB19 — April 29, 2003)

Touched — Faith, now in charge, leads an attack on Caleb while Buffy tries to find comfort by herself. (7ABB20 — May 06, 2003)

End of Days — As Faith and some of the Potentials recover from the second attack, Buffy finds a mystic scythe and decides to use it against Caleb. (7ABB21 — May 13, 2003)

Chosen — Buffy leads everyone in a final battle at the Hellmouth against the First and its thousands of Ubervamps deep underground the high school. (7ABB22 — May 20, 2003)
